How to Solve a Rubik's Cube in under 3 minutes

If you have no idea how to solve a rubik's cube and think that those are only genius' cup of tea. But in reality, anyone and everyone can solve a rubik's cube. Follow these steps and practice regularly and you will learn to solve the cube!

Step 0 (Preparation):

Before learning the steps, one should be familiar with the moves and pieces, the cube is divided into layers and moves. They are:

There are total 3 types of pieces,  edge piece(which has 2 colors), center piece(the center with 1 color) and corner piece(which has 3 colors)

Now that you know the moves and pieces, there are two basic algorithms (algorithms are some set of moves):

The right hand algorithm: R U R' U'

The right hand algorithm: L' U' L U

And with this knowledge, we are ready to start solving!

Step 1 (Making the flower) :

First, make a flower somewhat like a daisy as shown below(only the yellow center and white edge pieces):
